UA File #001 - "UA-001 / UA-001-A"

Upon review of the UA documentation, I am upping this to Clearance Level 4 until further notice, due to mention of GOI, "Church of the Broken God". Individuals may be given access to this document under Dr. Harrison's discretion.

I do not believe restricting access to GOI related matters is a good idea especially one of this size. It is rather important for foundation staff to have a good understanding of those groups which they may come into contact with, otherwise how do they know who or what they are dealing with. Not to mention the potential for an issue to arise in foundation GOI relations due to a staff members lack of knowledge in the issue. It is my professional opinion that the security clearance be lowered.

Upon considering your request Dr. Smooth, I am changing the clearance level to 3. Unfortunately, Dr. Smooth as much as I would personally like to keep it at a lower clearance level than that, it is not feasible. There is certain restricted access that needs to be put in place related to all GOI matters, and this isn't significant enough to Area-48 personnel to consider keeping lower. The only way I'll allow it to be lowered is if redaction is put in place on the document with all mentions of the "Church of the Broken God" as per standard orders. Even I have limited access to information related to their GOI. That is my final statement on the matter, email me directly if you wish to continue this discussion.
