SUBJECT: Unknown Anomaly - 03 "Masked Man"

Good day researchers, Dr. Roberts writing,

Today I will be talking about UA-03, the masked man.

UA-03 is a unknown anomaly that i would preferably class as Euclid, because he can go through wall without being dormant unlike 106. But the reason why i say Euclid is because he poses no threat to the foundation. He follows commands when asked and the only time he becomes hostile is when shot at. He is about 6'0" and wear a mask and a tattered cloak that trails behind him with cloth that is all over his body. I have conducted Tests and interviews with him but I will tell his abilities.

The masked mans acid is completely foreign. It seems to be his whole body as if the acid is his structure. Its not similar to that of 106 but It does burn people once come in contact. I took it in for testing and it produces a vapor and evaporates once coming in contact with the air around us. Its very unique and it seems to burn through foundation hazmat suits so its probably for the best not to be on his bad side. He also can walk through walls and door making him very similar to that of 106.

My interview was right after the dome event with UA-03. The first question I asked him was where he was from, he responded with, "Im from everywhere, all at once." So I didn't think much of it. I then asked him because he mostly uses ASL and said does he speak at all. he then ripped out his throat and a purple energy came out. once he put his throat back in he responded with, "Broken voice". The next question I remember asking was, "can I get a sample of your acid?" he then ripped his arm and the acid came out before I got a sample and his arm returned to normal form, Next thing I remember was him asking for help and sorta begged, he the opened his check and it revealed some kind of broken core. I don't know how to respond to it. Next thing I led him to a more temporary holding cell before he went into the wall and vanished.

In conclusion he is a very passive anomaly unless threatened, I would say let him roam freely because as of now there is no way to contain him.
