Carbon Dated to be Approx 122 years old.
Arm previously removed by a clean laceration. Currently no known creature inside of UA-003 could have performed the act.
Unknown pentagram like symbol found carved into the creatures chest. -Attached Photograph-
Missing and broken teeth.
No known damage to brain.
Heart appears to being identical to a human heart. Possible that the creature had once been human and has been transformed, or mutated by unknown means.
Undiscovered species of yellow flower found inside of stomach.
Blood sample similar but unusual to humans. Red blood cells are blue in appearance.
