Pretty much what he is saying, 343, 019, 035, and admins who are noclipping around still can sometimes cause collisions with players, potentially interfering with the game.

Any instance in which a player 'collides' or 'hovers' because of somebody noclipping through them is not a bug.
This can easily be prevented by staff (including myself; I'm guilty of this occasionally) and players just being more careful.

This only happens with staff (and SCP-343) due to the accidental improper use of the ulx noclip command and noclipper tool. Not a bug, and can be simply solved by flagging to a non-noclipped job then reflagging to the SCP.
