Possible error in the cold war pack?

So Recently ive noticed that brand new players are joining and instantly leaving, maybe from crashing when they connect. Something in the pack might be broken that could be causing an error like way back when a broken sound file was causing crashes. At the same time some peoples tab menu were defaulted to the DarkRP tab menu also the custom loading screen background for me is just blank, not even the default Gmod loading screen just like a blank canvas that youre ment to slap images on. After i load in now, i have major suttering and a breif "trying to reconnect you to the server" thing.
