Subject: Anomalous NAP #002 "Class-E Mazza Shifu"

Description:
Previously known as D-7069, NAP-002 was given an anomalous pill(UA yet to be logged!!) from NAP-001 on 03/16/1985 giving them blue veined anomalous abilities. After taking the anomalous pill NAP-002 proceeded to escape the facility with assistance from NAP-001 and were believed to escape at the cave located on surface.
A few days later NAP-002 returned to the facility and peacefully surrendered to security personnel.
An interview followed with research personnel which revealed that they intend to assist the foundation in stopping NAP-001 in return for the foundation to "hire" them in return.
When questioned about their time outside with NAP-001 they revealed that they were taken to a library and later left on their own free will. They refused to answer further for unknown reasons, possibly amnestied.
Later it was revealed that feared NAP-001 and claimed that "they will own you". Their meaning is up for interpretation.
NAP-002 is now contained in R-wing, and offered a "Trainee in training(TIT)" position until further study can be conducted on the subject to learn more about their abilities, and true intentions.

Known Abilities:
Underwater breathing by use of grown gills.
X-ray vision being able to see people and SCP's through walls.
Teleportation away from harm. Currently known to dodge gunfire.

Rules of Engagement:
Non-hostile.
With their current status as "Trainee in Training" the subject is permitted to roam the facility with a security escort of at least 1 Agent. Interactions with D-block, SCP's and anomalies should be limited, and they are not permitted to use any anomalous objects without research approval.
Surface permission requires level-4 authority.
Class-A amnestation is permitted based on the opinion of the current escort. IF AMNESTISED WHO, WHEN, and WHY MUST BE LOGGED ON THIS DOCUMENT.

Notes:
I do not trust this individual due to their interactions with NAP-001 and their mention of someone being able to control. Information should be kept tight around the subject and they should be monitored 24/7. But due to their current cooperative nature we will take this time to better test and understand the subject in order to control these anomalous persons more easily in the future.
If they truly do prove useful and trustworthy for the foundation I will discuss a more "official" role for them with security in the future.

Also they likely have ADHD they will not sit still.
