Subject: NAP #001 "Pill Thief"

Description:
An unknown women commonly seen wearing a green vest and reported to have purple eyes. NAP-001 posses anomalous abilities due to an anomalous pill(STILL UNLOGGED AS UA) based on their blue veins.
NAP-001 has broken into area-48 multiple times they posses great knowledge of the facilities layout and the SCP/UA's located inside. Multiple times they have been seen using SCP-294, and SCP-914 giving them possession of further anomalous items. Along with utilizing SCP's NAP-001 has been to D-block multiple times distributing anomalous pills to D-class inside causing multiple security incidents. Most notably NAP-001 is believed to be responsible for stealing UA-002 along with its related materials out of R-wing. UA-002 location is currently unknown.

NAP-001 rarely responds to attempted conversation although the limited conversations had show that the subject has anti-foundation beliefs.
Subject has not caused any foundation casualties but has injured multiple security, and research staff by use of small arms. It is also noted that the subject was in possession of a bomb vest. Attempts at capture have all been unsuccessful due to NAP-001 anomalous abilities, lethal attempts on NAP-001 have also been unsuccessful for the same reasons.
It is currently unknown if NAP-001 is the producer of the anomalous pill or is just in possession of a mass quantity. Reported from NAP-002 it is believed that NAP-001 has set up base in a library, the location is currently unknown.

Known Abilities:
Teleportation believed to be based on NAP-001 sight line.
Rapid Regeneration, normal gunfire attempts ineffective.
Immunity to sedatives such as ketamine, and tranquilizers.
Invisibility likely a device gathered from SCP-914.

Rules of Engagement:
Subject is hostile to foundation personnel and in possession of multiple anomalous items.
CAPTURE ATTEMPTS MUST BE MADE. If subject begins hostility target termination may be attempted.
capture is preferred as NAP-001 has knowledge of the whereabouts of the missing UA-002.
