Notes:

During a fateful encounter resulting from a pipeline with UA-03 (REQUESTED DOCUMENTS HERE AND HERE), Containment Specialist Satori was gravely injured including arm loss after a near-death interaction with a large, bloodthirsty, hairless canine-like predator, which occurred while attempting to save other associates by holding back the beast in close combat. The creature intercepted a swing and clamped on the right arm, before gruesomely tearing it off in front of myself. After it had tossed her to the side, myself and Medical Officer Foreman carried her to a flower and prioritized treatment over all else.

Whilst still inside of the "dome", Satori was administered the following help: 30ml Ketamine & 4 Hydrocodone (Heavy Painkillers), Tourniquet, Quick-clotting Agents, Packed Gauze, and a layer of gauze covering the stub (for peace of mind.)

After our squadron, consisting of Myself, Med. Officer Foreman, Sergeant Polakoff, and an unnamed researcher escaped the dome, we awaited escort and exhibition at a point whilst micro-treating Satori. Upon arriving at the foundation, Satori was placed on a stretcher and brought to Provost Medbay, where she was then administered the following help:

One (1) swab of fentanyl, Set-up to IV, Set-up to EKG, Vessel Cauterization

Once stabilized, an evac-helicopter was sent enroute to the foundation to carry the specialist offsite for greater treatment.
