Notes:

Doctor Smooth was brutally beaten by ██████ nearly within an inch of his life. The director called for medical personnel to provide aid to Doctor Smooth, Medical Director Kingsley, and Medical Officer McCabe arrived first at the scene, finding a severely beaten Doctor Smooth. Doctor Smooth was given pain medication, had a c-collar placed around his neck, and was transported to the infirmary on a stretcher after being attached to a spine board.

Doctor Smooth was run through the CAT scanner and examined for other potential traumas. His internal bleeding was treated, no signs of a traumatic brain injury were noticed, he has been given a rigid back brace to ensure his fractured vertebrae proper healing, and he has been given a neck brace to allow proper healing of his neck. While he is recovering, he has been given a prescription of acetaminophen (300mg) and hydrocodone (5mg) which should be taken every 4-6 hours as needed.
