March DVL Elections

If you're interested in taking a leadership position of your division/faction for the month of March, then comment in this thread. Joke sign-ups will result in a blacklist from DVL positions. When signing up, keep these qualifications in mind:

You should be an active member of the server and community as a whole. This means playing on the server actively, being on Discord, having interaction with many members of the community. If you cannot do these things, then you may not be qualified to be a DVL. If you don't have the time, plan on working with others, etc., then you probably shouldn't run.
You should have a good reputation with a majority of the staff team as well. If you can't get along with others or aren’t known by them, then how could you possibly be the leader of a division? Good interactions with others leads to a more successful division. Bad reputations don't help with that and will lead to less cooperation.
You should know what you're doing and how things work. This means having a plan set and how you're going to set that plan in stone. If there's issues going on, tell us how you'll fix those issues and do what needs to be done. Understand how your division/faction works, know the status of how it lies within our world. Lastly, be a part of your division.
You should be willing to give up any/all leadership positions in any former factions/departments/divisions when applying for DVL (similar to every other leadership position), as if you win, you will not be allowed to hold other leadership positions on the server until your term as DVL has ended.

Requirements of each DVL:

Area Director:
- Supervise Area-48 and other DVLs of the Foundation.
- Make sure that each division is successfully completing their goals and encouraging RP.
- Be active within the community.
- Be aware of things going on within every department and division within Area-48.

MUST BE AT LEAST LEVEL 3 (OR LEVEL 2 RESEARCH) TO RUN FOR AREA DIRECTOR.

Chief of Security:
- Enforce what has been established and make sure that it remains stable.
- Talk with SOC and prospects for SOC on a regular basis.
- Pick the proper people to lead and make sure they are fit to do the job.
- Be active within the community.
- Be aware of things going on within the Security division.

MUST BE AT LEAST A SENIOR SPECIAL AGENT TO RUN FOR CHIEF OF SECURITY.

Head of Research:
- Enforce what is already established and make sure it remains stable.
- Pick competent people to fill leadership roles.
- Keep track of test requests and accept/deny them.
- Create and or encourage RP for other users of the community by doing tests, projects, etc.
- Make sure everything is logged.
- Be aware of what's happening within your division.

HEAD OF RESEARCH IS CURRENTLY BEING DECIDED VIA AN IC COMPETITION. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WINNING, APPLY HERE AND KEEP TESTING.
