Interrogator: If you could re-live the situation again, would you do anything differently?
Subject: To put it bluntly.
Subject: If I were in his shoes.
Subject: I would have expected the same.
Subject: So I stand by my action.
END LOG
Subject is dismissed, subject is informed he may be recalled for subsequent interviews and is aware of the violation he is being investigated for
Final Notes:
Though a short interview, I felt that McChance’s actions are deeply rooted in dedication to his role and to the foundation as a whole, from McChance’s answers I don’t think he understood that this interview was not a court of public opinion but concerning a AOC violation,
I do believe that McChance did violate Article XI of the AOC and could constitute a punishment if needed, at the conclusion of the interview, he was released as no superior was available to review said findings, I made him aware that he may be recalled for further interviews.
