Summarization: After the discovery of the cave located North East of the GRU F.O.B in Cell 008-B and directly East of the Foundation Site, 4 Personnel originally entered the cave with minimal contact of entities ranging from small parasitic creatures to large humanoid entities with tentacles and appendages laced with a barbed and sharp spikes. After clearing out the majority of the cave system on the first layer, it was discovered after the loss of one personnel that it led to a more underground section covered in knee deep water which was than attempted to be cleared using a Fragmentation Grenade which was to no avail and instead agitated the creatures further to than push the Personnel out and into a encounter with Foundation Personnel who than left.
