A unknown individual began speaking over the public radio asking for assistance and stating how cold it was outside. Foundation personnel began to investigate the surface for the unknown individual. When foundation personnel found the individual they were teleporting around disappearing in white and blue particles before reappearing. The subject is a female dressed in civilian clothes (beanie, green jacket, jeans). She has blue-colored veins and purple eyes, likely having something to do with the UA pills, and is wearing body armor. The subject stole a truck from the investigating personnel and destroyed it. Any communications attempts led to the subject repeating phrases such as “Hello?” “What’s your name?”
Later, the subject arrived at the facility and teleported around the towers, occasionally teleporting near foundation personnel who were unable to get any answers from the subject, save for the subject saying “He is not here” to several foundation personnel. Soon the subject managed to get inside of the facility and foundation personnel began searching for her. It is at this time, the foundation personnel realized that the subject had a suicide vest on. While guarding the entrance zone checkpoint, Medical Director Kingsley was taken hostage by the subject and had her Colt Python sidearm, level 4 keycard, and restraints taken by the subject. The subject retreated to the entrance zone elevator with Medical Director Kingsley still as a hostage. The subject would release Medical Director Kingsley, allowing her to be unrestrained by foundation personnel. However, the subject then teleported further into the facility, eventually making it to SCP-294 dispensing cups of SCP-447, SCP-500, and gold. Furthermore, several items were obtained from SCP-914, likely a radio, and some sort of cloaking device. It is also noted that at this point the subject began shooting at foundation personnel, injuring several. The subject then barricaded herself somewhere within the facility as security began searching for her to no avail.
The subject would become active the next day, following being spotted by Manager Haas, which later, it was discovered that the subject managed to capture UA-002. Foundation personnel continued the initiative of attempting to capture it as decided the prior day, however, this soon became a termination order after the subject injured several more foundation personnel with gunfire. However, the subject displayed a remarkable regenerative ability rendering conventional weaponry useless. During this time, the subject dispensed several more cups from SCP-294, the contents of which have not been examined at this time. Eventually, the subject left the facility.
After a brief exit from the facility, the subject returned and utilized 914, later going to D-Block and grabbing a D-Class who was given anomalous powers and taken by the subject. During the exit of this subject, several individuals were shot and heavily injured. At this point, the location of the subject is unknown.

-ASG Jonsey at some point was taken hostage by the subject, no follow-up has been done to know what happened during that time.
