Summary of Incident:

Security spotted a supply drop on the surface, likely belonging to GRU-P. Several security members were gathered to intercept the supply drop. Security managed to secure a perimeter around the supply drop, and Doctor Smooth and Agent Quan returned to Area-48 to retrieve tools to breach the crates. While waiting for the tools to arrive, an attempt was made to open the crate with improvised means. Notably, the crate exploded after being hit with a stunstick. It’s noted that the crate was hollow, and it is assumed that the crate either had volatile material inside, or was trapped. Head Marshal Chekov, Medical Director Kingsley, Supervisory Special Agent Silverstone, and Special Agent McLeary were all caught in the blast, receiving moderate to severe injuries.

Foundation personnel retreated to the facility, where an IED was planted in front of the gate, further injuring Special Agent McLeary. All personnel were treated, and the incident concluded with no fatalities.
