Incident #12 6/8/85 - "Colosseum"

Good morning Security department, Sergeant Polakoff writing,

I am recalling the events of the 6/8/25 incident, Security was called out to respond to a mysterious masked man, now known as UA-03, who wears a tattered cloak and masked. He was seen moving around LCZ with the relic that contains UA-02. This signaled a code purple and multiple officers didn't know what to do so they shot him. He is a passive anomaly until threatened. But going back to the subject once I arrived at the scene he was at the hallway where you would go into HCZ checkpoint but he was stopped at a door, I came up behind him not knowing what he was capable of and quickly snatched the relic that contains UA-02, After leading him to R-wing he then had a "High-speed" chase with a security officer that kept shooting him. The one thing about this anomaly that scared me was that he had properties similar to that of 106. He was oozing a mysterious acid that a researcher will do a test on soon. He had the ability to go through walls, door, etc. A prime example of this was when a researcher was doing a interview with him in small testing chamber he kept going through the glass like he was exactly like 106, just not decaying. Security forces then moved the relic to EZ gate, they then were called back to LCZ where they gave the anomaly the relic. This is when we started to hear noises on surface, screeching noises. Once the anomaly had the relic I believe he teleported away and we then responded to castle to look for who was causing that noise as we were very paranoid of it. We then all went out to search for the source and found a large dome, similar to some of the properties of UA-02. We then again met UA-03 there and he opened up a door to it, The first thing we saw in there was a bright blue flower, We then went to it and inspected it and secured a perimeter. We then were alarmed when we saw a translucent anomaly that we started shooting at it not knowing the capabilities of the anomaly. We then moved to a different flower when we saw that the flower was burning, as if the proximity of us harmed it. As we were walking to the next flower we were ambushed by the entity, It was a beast with jagged claws and flesh like attributes. We quickly shot at it but it seemed to do nothing so we fled. Most of us were harmed but not beyond deaths door. Then the beast was repelled from the flowers so we had a fighting chance, at the least. We knew we were looking for something, but we didnt know what for. Until we heard a flower whisper, "look for the heart". So we sent out specialist Satori and someone else to find these hearts. While we were traveling we also found GRU-P, and for then we had a cease fire as we wanted the same goal. Then over the radio Satori had found one of those hearts. So we regrouped with her and a few minutes later we jumped to the conclusion that we had to stomp it. Then we traveled and look for those hearts but we came up short and didn't find anything. unfortunately while we were going to another flower Satori and a janitor got ambushed. Satori was rushed to a flower for emergency treatment. She lost her whole arm and was staying strong, holding her M9 like it was a lifeline in her other hand. The janitor only had a bite on his leg and a splint was applied. Then while the FMO was treating them Chief and Officer Riviera went out to find more hearts. They were ambushed and Chief got of with a few scratches but riviera was close to death and need emergency treatment. Once all hearts were crushed will a small thanks to GRU-P Chief found his way to the site while most of us wandered around. we found a landmark, a cave, to meet us with chief and take us back from the harsh wintery forest. Unfortunately we lost the body to the beast. Which leads me to my closing words.

CLOSING WORDS: Due to the events of yesterday and the hardships. Losing the body should NOT be acceptable. I request a raid effective withing the next 2 weeks to retrieve this body. It is property of the foundations and we should again NOT have lost it.
