Good morning, evening or night.

As some of you may know, the Overseer had come to the facility on 3/12. I had a talk with him regarding the state of security at the moment and there were points made he expressed, disappointment, on. I also had a chat with the Director whom agreed those feelings. As such I have been tasked with getting the act of Security together within the week, lest consequences follow for me, my SOC and the department as a whole.

As such, this week we are going to need to be on top of our game as people say. I want this week to go as smoothly as possible, and show the improvements the Security Dept has made over the course of my chiefdom. This means everyone here needs to be at their best with handling any incidents that occur, whether they be negligent staff, D-Class, containment breaches, UA's, raids, etc. It is my expectation everyone is to preform excellently, as that's why you have been given your position in the first place. I want to see you all taking charge of any situation Area-48 brings at you.

If you have any questions or concerns, I am very open for correspondence as well as the Director. I will be taking this time to be as communicative with my staff as possible.
