Good morning, evening or night.

This email is meant to remind you of the actions taken following the meeting that we held earlier today. If there are any questions or concerns, please reach out.

1. You are not permitted in any circumstances to be next to, communicate with or interact with Dr. King. If absolutely required, it must be done within view of witnesses, you must inform Provost (or whoever is highest ranking Security at the time) and it must be a healthy workplace interaction. This will remain in effect indefinitely.

2. You are on notice. This means that any further breach of the AOC may result in punishment such as demotion, termination of employment or worse if needed. Notice is temporary, and can be lifted if improvement is noted.

3. You are required to attend anger management sessions with Dr. Smooth to combat obvious problems handling frustration and stress. Once you take this years required mental evaluation, you must note this as well. I am to have three classes done before you are cleared of this requirement.

In the future, I expect any issue to be immediately be reported (or as soon as possible) to Provost or myself whether it be with Dr. King or not. Any problems with the Research Department should be directed at Dr. Smooth.

You have a bright future ahead of you, take this in stride and I hope to see some improvements out of this.
