Good morning, evening or night.

I am letting you know that SID Heavy McChance is under notice for his actions during a meeting which I had with him that was supposed to be discussing proper handling of D-Class. Normally, this conversation would be nothing serious, but it was escalated due to their poor temperament. Regardless, I still see potential within him and it'd be a shame for him to be cast aside if he fails to adapt and listen to others who are trying to help him. Especially people who are trying to de-escalate tense situations with them.

As such, I am hoping you may be better suited to attempt to keep him in line. Once they don't hold onto their ego so much and learn to deflate a bit to let in some help, then I think they will start to be in a good position to move up in rank.

Again, failure to adapt may mean demotion, and that is the last action that I would like to take.
