Good morning, evening or night.

I have a few things that I would like to share with all research personnel on Area-48.

Firstly, the surface area has been cleared of all hostile GOIs, namely GRU-P. This does not mean it is safe, there is still hostile Tribals and UAs, however this means that it is now open for testing. If you would like to test on surface, please contact your Head of Research.

Secondly, all future testing on dangerous entities or UAs will require more security present from now on, up to the HoR's discretion. This policy is going forward to maintain the safety of this facility and it's staff members. I'm sure you all remember the SCP-427 incident or have heard of it, so we're going to do our best to avoid it.

Thirdly, if any research member is caught breaking the AOC, they will be promptly detained and punished. Recently I've noticed an uptick in our staff creating disturbances and not following proper guidelines including Research. As such, I am taking a firm stance against it. This especially includes threatening or attempting to harm any other personnel. If you are caught doing this, you will be terminated on sight. This is not up for negotiation.
