I just wanted to thank all of our Engineering team for the work that they've been putting into Area-48. It has greatly benefitted our Foundation's security. I am sorry for your department's loss of Engineering Lt Scott, he was very adept at his craft and was a good man.

Otherwise, I am only requesting that you keep your cooperation going with the Research department. I want to make sure that our tests are as secure as they can be, particularly those that are dangerous. I admired the design of the "Tesla Gate" during the 427 test, and I think it could be improved and used for future testing. Please keep that in mind.
