Hello Dr. Smooth and Chief Danger,
I have been told by many within the facility and as well as from Lieutenant Sardine of what had occurred after I had excused myself from observing the recent 914 test. I would like to start off by extending my deepest condolences to you, Dr. Smooth, as I understand its not easy to lose someone within your department. The actions of what had happened during the test, whether intentional or not, was a situation that should of not needed to occur, and as a result 2 brave men were lost from your department.
To that, I wish to discuss with both of you of a proposal for a joint effort in ensuring that future tests are conducted in a much more better and informed manner to mainly prevent, or at the very least, mitigate the dangerous elements in the testing environment.
I believe with proper communication, improvements to SOP, and inter-department cooperation, that we may see progress made on not only research's end, but the containment efforts of security as well.
Please let me know if you are free later today to discuss this in depth.
Thank you, and God bless you.
