Subject: Dr. Grey and the Events of 03/10
Good day/evening/night, Dr. Smooth,
I am sure that you are aware of the experiment that your appointed researcher, Dr. Gray, entertained tonight. I am also sure that you understand the dangers behind radioactive elements, such as the ones dispensed, as well as the creation of compounds using the same elements.
Because of a lack of prior knowledge and consequent lack of precautionary preparation, two casualties were unfortunately confirmed. I write this email with much concern for future research related to this anomaly of a compound; had you given Gray a particular list of precautions to take? Any specific sequences to follow? Fail-safes in light of incidents like this occurring? Perhaps if things like this were discussed beforehand, the casualties of today would not have been so.
In the case that you appoint an employee to a task like this again, please inform all of security directly. I was able to save an engineer from radiation ONE TIME. I am not a miracle worker, and therefore could not save the two with limbs and other extremities melting from their bodies.
With this in mind, I mean the following as a mere suggestion to maximize safety for all personnel before future experiments related to this one:
Please seek to conform to the following innovations within R-Wing.
A sterilization/disinfection room (containing two showers, # of soaps, an exit/entry airlock, # of drape sheets, and steam sterilizers)
Customization for a testing chamber to include lead curtains, blocking the outward flow of radioactive particles
I once again state that these are only suggestions to improve the quality of our facility. I hope that you humbly consider my requests & concerns.
Thank you for your time,
Medical Lt. House
