Subject: URGENT: Concerning Incident Report #013
Hello Director Bee,
During the event of Kaminski's failed experiment [REGISTERED HERE], a note that he had been processing his actions off of was discovered on the table of the R-Wing lab. Since then, I have kept it on my person, as it contains illicit details pertaining to you. After reading my email, please decide if you would like the original print. Also, please feel free to CC foundation employees that you trust.
To begin, the article immediately reads of a plan with the sole intent of framing Director Bee (that's you!)for the incident. There are no names (author, affiliations) on the note that sign towards origin.
Secondly, it is known that Kaminski was attempting to manufacture an unknown product. After analysis of the note, it proves that he was attempting to compose an anomalous substance with no absolute origin. Such composition had no specific author, though it is mentioned to have traces pointing towards chemical analyses located somewhere within Siberia. The ingredients are listed below (in unspecified amounts):
a.Cobalt-60 (RADIOACTIVE ISOTOPE) / b. Human Growth Hormone (HGH) / c. Copper(II) / d. Palladium / e. Unknown Adaptogens / f. Tritium (RADIOACTIVE ISOTOPE).
The inclusion of SCP-008 in the incident may have been completely unrelated to the concoction, but is still something to be aware of. Knowing this, research the mixture at your own risk.
My recommendations for this event would be to enhance your security detail. If you notice any personnel beginning to emit suspicious or abnormal behavior, do report them immediately, and as always, stick to protocol. I hope for mental health evaluations to occur site-wide as soon as possible.
Again and finally, CC people that you may trust with this message. I'd be somewhat weary of provost for now (as Kaminski was Head Marshal in the past, and ties within the branch may not be the most reliable). See me in-person for the original note.
Better safe than sorry,
MRU Andrew House
