DESTROY 035 and 049!!

Not nearly as dramatic as the title says, but make 049 unable to heal 035 hosts. It would make sense since 035 is supposed to be always decaying, 049 wouldn't want to get that acid on him too. The healing ability 049 has should only be for his Zombonies and anyone allied to him. This is how it worked on Parallax at least.
