Unknown Anomaly Test Requirements

Unknown Anomalies need processing and further understanding before official SCP classification.
Tests performed on Unknown Anomalies must follow the same guidlines as regular SCP experimentation.
There is no security requirement to test on UA's, but security personnel should still be utilized based on the testing researchers opinion of danger. Testing failure due to a lack of security will result in consequences based on an authority researcher's opinion.
Permissions are subject to change based on the Head Researcher.
