Add an "Are you sure option" for 019

Suggestion: When using the devour tool, add an "Are you sure" Yes / No option when you select a -3, -4, -5, hive, or heart.
Might be slightly difficult to make but would remove the option of causing a headache when it comes to accidentally devouring 30 mins of waiting for biomass.
